Odată cu venirea verii acordăm o mai mare atenţie modului în care arătăm. Nu de alta dar vrem să arătăm, atunci când mergem la plajă, foarte bine, nu? Š Sau măcar să fim cu câteva kilograme mai slabi asta însemnând mai frumoşi, cu o încredere mai ridicată în noi şi în potenţialul nostru. Şi, asta înseamnă să mergem la sala de fitness. Nu neapărat să tragem de fiare, dar măcar să alergem pe bandă, să facem mişcare pe bicicletă sau pe steper, să dăm câteva ture de bazin şi la final să ne relaxam corpul la saună. Şi, de ce nu, un bine meritat masaj. Š A, şi să nu uit. Mişcarea trebuie neapărat combinată cu o dietă foarte bună. Cred şi în dieta “nu mămânc nimic şi automat slabesc”, dar nu este absolut deloc sănătoasă.

Am o mare problemă cu bărbaţii care transpiră excesiv şi nu fac nimic în acest sens. Asta în condiţiile în care există o mulţime de produse de îngrijire. Înţeleg că vara cu toţii transpiram mai mult decât este cazul, din cauza temperaturii ridicate, dar ceea ce nu înţeleg este de ce unii bărbaţii nu au fac nimic în acest sens. În general niciun bărbat nu ar trebui să facă rabat de la îngrijirea personală. Un deodorant antiperspirant mi se pare un minimum de decenţă pe care orice bărbat ar trebui să-l folosească. Eu îţi recomand deodorantul antiperspirant Gillette Pro Active contra transiratiei. Să ai în geantă un deo Gillete mi se pare ceva mai mult decât normal. E ca şi cum ai avea sticlă de apă cu tine. Este mic, deci nu îţi ocupă spaţiu, şi nu este un lux. Poate doar acela de a te respecta pe ţine, dar şi pe cei din jur.

De ce îţi zic de deodorantul antiperspirant Gillette Proactive? Pentru că el include tehnologia revoluţionară BCD (cu betaciclodextrina), care se reactivează ori de câte ori corpul transpiră. Am descoperit sala de fitness din cadrul hotelului Hilton care îmi place foarte mult. Aparatele sunt noi, performante, personalul este foarte amabil, sala este curată, piscina este mare, jacuzzi-ul este demenţial şi, ceea ce pentru mine este important: nu este aglomerat. Nu aştepţi să prinzi un loc la aparate, oamenii sunt relaxaţi (de regulă vin clienţi ai hotelului sau expazi), nu sunt fiţoşi… Chiar este un loc în care te duci să faci sport şi nu pentru a fi văzut acolo sau pentru a-ţi etala noul echipament sportiv. Pentru că clienţii care vin la sala de fitness de la Hilton au înţeles de mult că nu banii sunt cei mai importanţi şi că luxul constă în ceva imaterial, acela de a fi OM! Lucru pe care mi l-aş dori să îl înţeleagă mult mai mulţi români!

Nobillis is a four stars hotel which keeps up to the standards. Located up on the mountain not too far from the city of Bran, this gives the visitors the chance to visit Bran “Dracula’s” castle as well. You should be careful driving up to the hotel as the road is narrowed, rough and quiet risky. The hotel has a very beautiful interior and exterior architecture. It contains 8 double rooms and 2 suites.

The reception and the bar are suited on the ground floor, beautifully decorated and furnished which gives you a warm and cozy feeling as you are receiving a great welcome to the hotel for check in. I was delighted to see that the staff speaks good English which made me feel even better being able to communicate with them. Smokers be alert! No smoking is allowed anywhere inside the hotel, but no panic as there are many balconies in the hotel where you can go out and smoke, and that includes the one at your room with an extraordinary view.

The hotel rooms are very beautifully arrange and decorated. They are quiet big and nicely furnished. You are offered at the room an LCD TV with a variety of good channels, a mini fridge, and a phone. A wireless internet connection is available all around the hotel, although during my visit it was not functioning. The rooms are very clean and having such a nice staff with few rooms gives you the confidence that an effort is put to make sure that each room is as clean as new. The bathroom has all the mini products that you might need to use, but the little flaw is that it has a standing shower instead of a nice bathtub.

On the second floor is the restaurant, also known as the salon, offering an open buffet for breakfast and your choice from a menu for lunch or dinner. I must say that the food is simply delicious and they offer a unique daily dish which definitely would open your appetite.

The hotel offers some extra facilities such as an entertainment center where you can play some table tennis (ping pong), archery, and a sauna room for relaxation. Also for companies or small events the hotel offers a conference room fully equipped. If you get bored staying inside you could always go for a refreshing walk around the hotel or have a picnic on top of the mountain.

I would highly recommend visiting this hotel if you need a refreshing holiday, inspiration, or if you desire an incredible mountain experience. The hotel also offers a great deal for special holidays and groups, which also makes it suitable for team buildings’ destination to be.
